The space Renovated in 2022, on the 1st floor of a small, quiet condominium, my apartment includes: - a small bedroom - a 20 m2 main room (custom open kitchen, sofa bed) - a comfortable bathroom, with a large shower, with toilet. The appliances work perfectly. Guest access Entire place Other things to note The apartment does not have specific supplies for children (e.g. outlet covers, high chair, etc.). However, the latter are obviously welcome under the supervision and authority of their parents, who are fully responsible for them. The apartment is equipped with a 100 L hot water tank dating from 2018 and efficient electric heaters (same date of installation). In view of the ecological issues (reasoned use of the water resource; production and costs of energy...) and to avoid any disappointment, beyond two guests present in the apartment, it is common sense to organize the rotation of showers and/or to favor short showers. First of all, it's about your own comfort. For almost all past guests, and given the fact that most stays at my place are in groups of four, this goes without saying and everything goes smoothly.
