The house is located at the top of Hovenäset with a fantastic view over the sea, large balcony with sun from early morning to late afternoon and a glazed patio for the evening or protection from the sun. The space Most of the house is newly renovated and has a modern West Coast décor. The house has three floors with all the necessary facilities such as electricity, running water, district heating, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, two showers, washing machine, dishwasher, two fireplaces indoors and more. Large terrace with sea view with dining area for 10-12 people and equipped with gas grill and a Mureka. The balcony has a glazed outdoor room with its own dining area with space for 8-10 people. A total of 4 bedrooms with double beds, 3 toilets, shower on the mezzanine and basement. One of the bedrooms has a sofa bed that can be turned into another double bed. One of the TV rooms can also easily be turned into a bedroom if needed (a total of 12 beds). The house has a sauna for those who want it, parking on the driveway for 3 cars. It is also possible to charge an electric car at a cost of 2.50 SEK/KWH. For those who wish, there are 4 bicycles to borrow. Guests bring their own bed linens and bath towels, there is the possibility to rent bed linens/towels for those who wish. For guests who wish to have the house cleaned, there is an extra charge of SEK 2,000.
