This home is perfect for your fall getaway to Upstate NY! We're a short drive to all the best fall activities - leaf peeping, apple picking, pumpkin patches and hay rides. And a short walk to downtown Saratoga Springs for coffee, cozy breakfasts or nice dinners. The space The house has two upstairs bedrooms, one with a sizable closet, the other with a large clothes rack. Bathroom with full sized bathtub. Downstairs is a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a separate office space. Kitchen has original brick and gas fireplace. Classic Saratoga-style screened in porch with two couches and a table in the front. Shady backyard with bbq and lounge furniture. Wonderful, friendly neighborhood. 10-15 minute walk to Broadway. Tennis courts and kids' playground around the corner. Short Uber/Lyft ride from the Saratoga Amtrak station, or a 40 minute drive from the Albany - Rensselaer station. *100% of the cleaning fee goes to employ a local family new to the United States, and we don't ask you to do any cleaning as our guests!* Guest access We will lock one closet with our personal belongings but otherwise the house is all yours! Please make yourselves at home and let us know if you need anything else. Other things to note Just to note, I do have a dog that's with me when I'm at the house, so this isn't the place for you if you have allergies! If you plan to have a special event at the house please message me in advance so we can make sure it's do-able. This is a neighborhood with families, so we just need to be respectful of that.
