Cozy little, stylish house in a quiet area with a small garden situated 10-15 minutes from everything: Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, golf and biking opportunities. Easy access to Copenhagen or Österlen. Fully equipped with a spacious kitchen, living room with an alcove and a queen size bed, bedroom with a king size mattress bed, fresh bathroom and a separate laundry room. Outdoor patio completely to yourself. Free parking by the house and more parking space on the street. The space The house has a spacious kitchen with all the kitchen equipment needed and a dining table for 5 people. One bedroom with a king-size (180) mattress bed and one alcove in the livingroom with a queen-size (140) bed. The 180 mattress bed in bedroom can be split into two 90 cm mattresses and if necessary, you can borrow our air mattress or sleep on the couch. So the ideal number of guests is 4 persons but the house fits 5. For our returning guests: there are no more loft beds in the bedroom. A fresh and clean bathroom. The house is best suitable for a small family or a couple. In the backyard there is a small patio with garden furniture and a coal grill for using in the summer time. Free parking. TV with chromecast and some streaming services but no traditional tv channels. EV charging for additional cost (you pay the actual electricity price for charging). Other things to note No parties and no smoking indoors or at the property! No shoes indoor. This is our home so please respect it as well as the peaceful neighbourhood.
