Guest suite in Oxon Hill

Come stay at this renovated basement space. You will have your own bathroom, shower & pull out queen size couch. You will be responsible for changing the couch to the provided bedding. There is plenty of free street parking. Lastly, use of the laundry room is on specific days. My wife and I have our first child, so we will have limited interactions with you when downstairs. You can rent tables, chairs and bikes for another fee. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the unit and on the premises. The space This is low ceiling modern space. So if you are over 5’11, you will have to bend your head in specific locations. We have guests 6 feet and over who have no problems with the ceilings since they read the description & looked at the pictures. You will have your own entrance and bathroom, but on specific days, my wife and I will need to use the shared laundry room and access is only obtained by one of us coming downstairs. We will give you a prior notice before we walk through your space. If you are using public transportation, there are plenty of buses that go to the nearest metro station, but just know once you get to the Main Street outside the neighborhood, it’s lots of foot traffic/urban. Lastly, we will meet you to give you the key for access. For check out, you can leave the keys inside or we can meet you to get the keys back. Thanks! Guest access You will have access to the basement hotel space only. The small closet in the laundry room, the utility closet and the space beyond the upstairs door is off limits. The outdoor space you will have access to but the tables, chairs and bikes are for rent for any pre approved gatherings. Other things to note You will hear footsteps, talking and/or music when we are home. We have a toddler and other friends & family. Please be considered of your noise level.
