Unwind and relax in our brand new home found at the heart of Tagaytay. It is a perfect hideaway to those who simply want to relax and have fun with their families and friends. It is accessible to tourist spots, major malls and restaurants. Our home has 3 bedrooms (good for 12 pax), 2 bathrooms with shower heater. It has a kitchen, dining, and living room with Smart TV, Wifi and Netflix, an activity area with board games, a patio and a spacious garage. The space Bedrooms: All 3 bedrooms are airconditioned. There are 2 bedrooms at the top floor. The Master's bedroom has a double-sized bed with own toilet and bath with shower heater. Bedroom 2 has two (2) double-sized beds. The third bedroom which is located at the ground level is a spacious room intended to guests with senior citizens, pregnant and families with toddlers and infants. Leatherette mattresses are also available for additional guests. One (1) leatherette mattress is provided for each bedroom for the comfort of our additional guests. Kitchen: Prepare sumptuous meals to be shared with your family and friends at our kitchen . It has the basic cooking essentials like induction cooker, pots and pans and cooking utensils. Rice cooker, electric kettle and a two-door refrigerator are also available to store frozen food and cold food and drinks. Dining/Living room: Enjoy good food with good company in our dining area. Basic tableware set like plates, serving dishes, spoon and fork is also provided. It also has a 65” Smart TV with Netflix powered by 30mps internet fiber connection. Bathrooms: There are two (2) bathrooms that has a toilet and bath with shower heater located at Master's bedroom and common area. Activity area: Enjoy and play board and card games at our game/activity area. It also has a bar table and chairs which makes it a perfect spot to hang out and have fun. Patio: It has rattan table and chairs and a hammock which is a perfect spot to hang out and chit-chat. Garage: One full-size van may fit inside the gated garage. Guest access There are 3 bedrooms provided for our guests. However, bedrooms will be accessible depending on the number guests. 1 to 2 guests only - Master's bedroom 3 to 4 guests - Bedroom 2 only 5 to 7 guests - Master' s bedroom and Bedroom 1 or 2 8 guests and above - All bedrooms and sofa with pull out bed. Special request to open another room for 7 guests and below may be arranged but with an additional fee of P600 per night. Please note that each full double bed is good for 2 pax. Special request for matress (w/ pillow and sheet) will be charge 600 each. Other things to note GUIDELINES/HOUSE RULES RELATED TO COVID-19 (SUPERSEDES HOUSE RULES/AMENITIES/INCLUSIONS IN THE LISTING THAT MAY BE IN CONFLICT) *** For confirmed bookings, we will send a Release of Liability form as image. Please sign electronically and send it back. We reserve the right not to allow guests in our property without the signed Release of Liability form and provide the key lock codes for self check-in or late check-in guests.. *** * Strictly NO early check in nor late checkout to give ample time for cleaning. * Dishwashing liquid and sponge will NOT be provided. Bring your own. * Towels will NOT be provided. Bring your own. * While dining and kitchen equipment will be available – we suggest bringing your own disposables. * While card and board games will be available – we suggest bringing your own. * NO LOITERING in the village. Hanging out or staying outside the house is not allowed unless necessary. Minimize also going out of the house and park your cars on the street road and driveway properly. Village admin/security may ask violators to leave the village. * We highly suggest that you purchase all items (food and drinking water, ingredients, disposables, toiletries, etc.) you may need during your stay before heading to the place. There is a sari-sari store nearby. Convenience and/or small stores may take 2-minute drive outside the subdivision along Magallanes Drive. *Remember the basics: Bring and wear your own masks and face shields, wash your hands frequently, bring and use your own alcohol, bring and use your own disinfectant wipes. Footwear should not be worn inside the house for hygienic and health safety purposes. Kindly bring your own indoor footwear. *Do not include companions that are showing Covid-19 symptoms, sick, and those with weakened immune system. All guests are required to sign in our logsheet and to undergo a temperature check. * No loud parties, music, shouting and rowdy behavior. We will also need the group representative to sign the Agreement Form to enforce strict compliance of everyone/the guests. Alcoholic beverages is allowed but must be consumed inside. It is not allowed in the patio and garage areas. Our home can accomodate max of 14 pax however rates will depend on how many will stay. *Indicate accurate guest count for accurate pricing. Base rate is for 6 guests and will increase by P400 per additional guest per night. NO VISITORS allowed. *Additional P2500 for wedding / any events preparation - includes 3 non-staying guests (hmua, videographer, photographer, visitors). They may stay on the preparation day for 5 hours only. *Fresh linen and toilet tissue will be provided. Towels and toiletries are not. *Blankets will be provided. These may be thin and small. I suggest you bring your own. *Lost keys will be charged P2000. *Catching up and drinking with family and friends is perfect in Tagaytay but minimize noise and observe quiet time. *STRICTLY NO SMOKING within the property. This is a child friendly place, we will appreciate it if you will keep it that way. *Small pets up to 2 are allowed as long as with diaper, with a leash or inside a cage. Beds and sofa beds are off limits to the pets. Penalties will apply for non-compliance. Request to bring more than 2 pets (strictly max of 4) are subject to security deposit of Php2000 and will be returned of no untoward incidents caused by pets. *No unregistered visitors please. *My staffs are there to assist you during your stay but they are not your personal butler or servant. They will also give you the privacy you needed. Please treat them with respect. *My staff will inspect the house for broken or missing items during checkout and guests will be charged as needed. You may also let me know earlier on. *Parties or catering services are not allowed. * Police patrol and Barangay security roam around to maintain peace and order. Most of the time they check every houses especially those use as Airbnb. Please treat them with respect and cooperate since they are doing this all throughout Tagaytay. *There is a parking space at the garage while 2 vehicles may park at the street in front of the house. *NETFLIX is automatically available when you turn on the TV. Please do not Sign Out as we will not provide you the Password for logging in again. *Please return the card and board games in their proper boxes after use. *Flat iron is not included. Due multiple incidents (burnt bed sheet, pillows, flat sheet, etc) due to improper use of flat iron, we encourage guests to bring a steam type iron instead. *The following are not included: 1. Towels 2. Soaps/shampoos 3 Other toiletries except toilet papers 3. Charcoal 4. Drinking water 5. Cooking essentials(spices, cooking oil etc) There are 3 bedrooms provided for our guests. Keep doors and cars locked. Safety and security are everyone's responsibility. Re schedule can be accomodated 10 days prior check in date with valid reasons. *Please allow us at least 15 mins for our staff to check the house upon check-out before you leave and hand over the keys. Disclaimer: By choosing to book our home we believed that the guests are fully aware of the geography of Tagaytay and the weather conditions we have in the Philippines. Tagaytay is famous by the view of Taal Volcano. In lieu of this, we are hoping that you understand that there will come a time for a volcanic activities as it happened many times before. Same goes with the weather conditions. Phillipines is a tropical country and thypoons are frequent especially during rainy season. Floods and even heavy rains are expected. In the spirit of fairness (as we are reserving the dates ahead of time / declined numerous inquiries from other potential guests) and safety of our guests, we will base on announcement of Tagaytay LGU (if safe or not safe in Tagaytay for tourist and local) on whether a re-schedule is necessary or a refund is applicable depending on the severity of the situation. **We expect guests to have read, understand and agree with the listing descriptions and house policies prior completing their booking. This is to avoid any misunderstanding and confusions prior, during and after the booking. Thank you.
