Featuring two king beds, a modern kitchenette, high-speed WiFi, and smart TV. Dive into the Grand Lodge’s on-site amenities: hot tub, pool, gym, and steam room. Unwind by the fireplace in the lobby. You’ll be perfectly situated in Mountaineer Square: steps from the lifts and adjacent to the free shuttle that gets you to Elk Ave in 10 minutes. You will be staying in a studio-style room on the first floor of the Grand Lodge. This private room features a full bathroom, kitchenette, one king bed, one king murphy bed, fast wifi, a table and chairs for working or meal time, and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, a range with one burner, and a microwave. We also provide the cookware you will need to prepare small meals. A parking pass for one vehicle is provided in your room. Guest access You'll have private access to the studio-style room and shared access to the common areas of the Grand Lodge: pool, hot tub, gym, and paid laundry on the 5th floor. You will not have access to in-facility housekeeping, room service, or the business center. Other things to note The Grand Lodge: This may look like a typical hotel, but each room is independently owned. Some of the rooms are operated by the Grand Lodge, but many, like the one you are staying in, are not. That means there is no in-stay housekeeping, linen service, or toiletry refreshes. All towels and linens in this room are our property. The blue and white striped towels are for the pool area only, and must be returned to this room after each pool/hot tub visit. The towels you’ll find in the bathroom are to stay in this room at all times. They are meant only for the bathroom environment and should not leave the room. Under no circumstances should any of our towels be used to clean off your bikes or pets. For each missing or damaged room towel, the guest will incur a $50 replacement fee. For stays exceeding seven nights, we offer a mid-stay cleaning service for $95. This will include fresh towels, clean linens and a restock of consumable items. If you would like to schedule this, please message us 48 hours in advance. If you are experiencing issues related to the building-such as an issue in a common area, or disruptive neighbors, you can dial "0" on your telephone to reach the front desk. For any maintenance requests pertaining to the room you are staying in, please message us. Dogs: We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum. We do ask that you’re mindful of muddy paws and respectful of our furniture and linens. Service animals are always welcome. The Grand Lodge prohibits dogs from being left alone in rooms to minimize disruptions from barking. Smoking: This is a smoke-free room. Smoking of any kind is not permitted. If you smoke it is only permitted in the designated smoking area. This is an HOA rule, and you will be responsible for both any fines and clean-up costs incurred by violating the rules. A/C: This building, like most others in the Crested Butte area, does not have air conditioning. With the cool mountain air, low humidity and fans, you will find that it is not a necessity like it is in other parts of the country. Amenities: All amenities, including the pool and hot tub are managed by the building HOA. We have no control over the maintenance schedule for community amenities, and will not be able to provide refunds in the event that an amenity is out of service during your stay. Equipment Storage: Elevate Ski & Bike located at 15 Emmons Rd in the Elevation building at the base area offers paid storage options for your bike or ski equipment. Fees: I choose to host on Airbnb because I love giving people the opportunity to make beautiful vacation memories. I want you to enjoy your stay and have peace of mind that I am not looking to charge you more than what you agreed to when you booked. I have been hosting vacation rentals for a decade, and I feel it necessary to point out my actual replacement costs when someone intentionally misuses the property or its contents. Cancellation Policy: Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy before booking. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. We are unable to provide refunds due to travel difficulties, inclement weather, illness, or family emergencies. As you plan your trip to Crested Butte, please familiarize yourself with the availability of seasonal and weather-contingent amenities. We will not issue refunds if a nearby attraction is closed.
