Perfect for a family The space The space is bright, airy, spacious and contemporary and reflects the unique artist's style. With 4 bedrooms on the upper level, as well as a big family bathroom, 1 en suite shower room and a big and bright kitchen/diner with views into the large garden with seating area, fire pit & a trampoline. There is a driveway with good parking in front and then a private front door to the accommodation. Coming into the house there is a divide between levels, large open plan kitchen/dinner with 3 steps down stairs to the right and to the left 3 steps up to the warm and cosy living area. From there there is a staircase up to the next level with has 4 bedrooms, & family bathroom and an ensuite in the master bedroom. There is also a utility space and downstairs toilet on the entrance level. (please note that there are internal steps on levels to the kitchen and living room and not suitable for those with mobility issues) Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms the 2 front rooms, one with bunkbeds and the other with a single bed. There are 2 steps to the level with the family bathroom, the master bedroom with ensuite and another bedroom with a raised children's bed. All rooms feature plenty of storage. Guest access This is an entire property listing and as such the whole space will be yours during your rental period, with the exception of a small studio space at the front of the house. Note the accommodation is located on the upper floor of this house, access is through a front door private entranceway. Other things to note Please note this house is not suitable for parties. We ask that guests are respectful of neighbours in our quiet residential neighbourhood and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am. Note that we do monitor any attempts to break our house rules. Well behaved dogs are welcome, but not on the furniture please. Some games, books, lego and toys to play with upstairs in the pink cabinet. The ladder in the kitchen is for access to cupboards only and is not a climbing frame, we can not be held responsible for incidents, do not stand on it and push or pull along please, put it in position and then use it. Our garden is a wildflower garden to encourage wildlife, there is a fire pit, seating and a trampoline to enjoy.
