At this secluded, cozy, & economical 2BR getaway, you'll enjoy the enclosed porch, outdoor furniture, fire pit, and PRIVATE DOCK. A canoe, tandem kayak, and single kayak are provided for your use. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for preparing meals at the lake, plus a toaster, microwave, coffee pot and Keurig, as well as dining table and chairs. The living room area has a brand new sleeper sofa that pulls out into QUEEN size bed, chair, & rocker. Indoor entertainment with flat screen TV, DVD/BLU-RAY player, and plenty of movies, board games, cards & puzzles. NEW for 2025: Internet access and WiFi! Bedroom #1 includes (1) QUEEN size bed and large dresser Bedroom #2 has (1) FULL size bed, and (1) TWIN size bed with dresser and window AC unit. Tenants must bring their own linens. The enclosed porch comes with a rocker, additional seating, & coffee table, that give you a great view of the yard and lake. Outside, you'll enjoy the large, level, grassy yard. The driveway down is steep, but there's plenty of level parking. Comes with a picnic table, outdoor grill, outdoor furniture, and fire-pit. The DOCK is perfect for your boat, or you can use the kayaks and canoe provided (life vests also provided). There's great fishing right from the dock, but it's not recommended for swimming. Paddle out to the North side of the lake for an island with a pebble beach great for swimming. In close proximity to Finger Lakes wineries, hiking trails, Watkins Glen and tourist attractions. Pleased to announce that we now have high-speed internet and WiFi. Also, LTE cell reception is generally reliable.
