Nirvana private aptmnt. w/kitchen+laundry (No fees)

(Photos updated 4/2019) The basement apartment is warm, comfortable, colorful, ready for an extended stay, checkin is 5pm but if other times beckon, contact us, and will do our best to accommodate your needs. The apartment is 2.5 miles from 95 HEAT lanes to Washington. It is a basement apartment and there will be noise and we just got a light sleeper notice that us walking above in the am woke them up. For such guests, we do include a large air moving fan in the basement for white noise use. :) The space The apartment has three rooms, a single great room that is separated into a breakfast nook, kitchen, family room, laundry, and guest bed, a bedroom with closet and attached full bath. We have added a security deposit, those who don't follow house rules, and don't start used linens prior to checkout, will be charged a small fee. Guest access The entire basement is yours and completely separate from the house with no interior access from the main floor into the basement. Other things to note We have 2 dogs who will share the back yard with you, but there is a fence within the fence that means they will not actually be able to get to "your portion" of the the back yard! ;) If you are eating out, we list some good local choices in our FAQ, but feel free to stop by the grocery store and use the fridge to store some supplies for a little home cooking! ;)
