Description

This rustic 1 bedroom cabin is surrounded by 22 acres of private land with mountain views. Blue Ridge Parkway is a 10 minute drive away, 40 minutes from Asheville and 1 hour to Boone. Get away from it all and in touch with nature. This cabin has no power or indoor plumbing. Water access via a natural spring. Outhouse on premises with camping shower is available. One queen bed downstairs. 11 X 7 loft has room for an additional queen air mattress (provided if requested). Other things to note This is a primitive cabin in the woods. During summer months you may want to bring bug spray, sunscreen, etc. During the colder months of fall and winter additional blankets will be provided but there is not an indoor heating source. There is an outhouse and a shower bag is provided for showers, but no indoor plumbing. A natural spring is on the property and water can be heated in solar shower bag for showering. (2025- Due to hurricane Helene, spring access is limited and requires accessing the spring from the woods.)
