Bathroom(s) & Laundry: There is a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a separate laundry area for you to use. Exterior: Amazing views of the mountains! Guest access You will have access to the entire space which is a studio apartment on the lower level (main level) of a 3-story townhome. Parking: Located 40 yards away from the entrance of the studio, which is located in the back of the home. Other things to note ✦✦This is on the main level of a 3-story townhome. There have been noise per-cautions installed but you will still hear others above you. ✦✦ ✦✦The upstairs is also available for guests to use. If noise ever becomes an issue let us, the hosts, know and we will help you.✦✦ ✦✦Climate controls are in the upstairs and the studio guests do not have access to them.✦✦
