The space At the Boathouse, you’ll watch the sun rise over the lake, see the Adirondack Mountains in the distance, slip off your shoes and be in the water in seconds. Evenings are for Adirondack chairs, fire pits, starry skies, and roasted marshmallows—total peace just 50 feet from your bedroom. **The Space** This private home sits at the end of a ½-mile driveway, offering complete seclusion and quiet. Every room in the house features lake and mountain views. Radiant heat warms the floors in winter, and massive sliding glass doors open to catch the breeze in summer. Downstairs features: - Two bedrooms with brand new mattresses, soft sheets, down duvets, and extra blankets and pillows - Two full bathrooms - A large kitchen, fully stocked for cooking family-style meals - A cozy living room with a pull-out couch Upstairs offers: - Open loft with full height ceilings perfect for yoga, workouts, or extra space for sleeping (air mattress or 6 inch full foam mattress) - A priveat office with a futon, desk, flat-screen TV, and balcony overlooking the lake - A half bathroom - perfect if you are using the upstairs for more sleeping space. - An open loft space, great for yoga, reading, or board games The house is ideal for families or groups of friends who want comfort, space, and access to nature. Step outside to the fire pit for sunset drinks or stargazing. We have a big canoe that fits three or four people and it a blast to row around the edges of the lake! **Other details to note** - The lake is very swimmable and perfect for paddleboarding, floating, and world-class fishing - Great Wi-Fi (but we recommend unplugging!) - Montreal and Burlington are each ~1 hour away—great for day trips - World-class hiking, road cycling, skiing, and sailing are all nearby - Sorry, no pets—the owners are allergic Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire house and lakefront property, including: All indoor spaces (bedrooms, bathrooms, loft, kitchen, living areas) Outdoor fire pit and seating area Private lake access (just 50 feet from the house) Lake toys and gear in the garage (available during summer months) The home is exclusively yours during your stay—no shared spaces or interruptions. Other things to note There is absolutely no smoking inside or outside the home. if anyone in your party smokes, this isn't the home for you.
