The space *** Your stay will be on the second floor and will require climbing one set of stairs *** ** Please note: The neighborhood is still in recovery from Hurricane Helene. You may notice storm damage nearby, including the home next door, which has not been repaired yet. ** Once you arrive you will find all the items listed below and more... 2ND FLOOR INCLUDES KITCHEN - Stocked with the essentials you need including all new appliances that consist of four eye range and oven, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. Cookware, plates, bowls, and utensils are provided as well. LIVING ROOM - Kick back on the large sofa and watch your preferred streaming services on the smart TV. New AC & heating unit with remote control to set at your preference. BEDROOM - Two freshly made queen beds with memory foam mattresses including extra blankets and pillows. There is also a desk and chair to stay caught up on any business while you are away. BATHROOM - Large tile walk-in shower with detachable shower head. Towels, linens and all paper products are provided. PORCH - Out back you will find two chairs and table. 1ST FLOOR - Everything has recently been renovated, and the access is separate from the 2nd floor. ENTERTAINMENT ROOM - TV, sleeper sofa, foosball table and many other board games. LAUNDRY ROOM - Washer and Dryer as well as a utility sink HALF BATH - Small bathroom connected to the entertainment room Guest access You have access to both the 1st and 2nd floor during your stay. The bedroom/kitchen/living room/main bathroom is all located on the second floor. You will access this by the stairs at the rear of the home. The first floor has a laundry room/half bath/entertainment room with sleeper sofa. Other things to note There is creek access at the lower point of the property. The best creek access is located at the Big Ivy Community Center. There are multiple short drives close by for other creek access points as well.
