KITCHEN - Stocked with the essentials you need including all new appliances that consist of four eye range and oven, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. Cookware, plates, bowls, and utensils are provided as well. LIVING ROOM - Kick back on the large sofa and watch your preferred streaming services on the smart TV. New AC & heating unit with remote control to set at your preference. BEDROOM - Two freshly made queen beds with memory foam mattresses including extra blankets and pillows. There is also a desk and chair to stay caught up on any business while you are away. BATHROOM - Large tile walk-in shower with detachable shower head. Towels, linens and all paper products are provided. PORCH - Out back you will find two chairs and table. 1ST FLOOR - This floor has a bedroom, half bath, and laundry room. Everything has recently been renovated and includes a sofa bed, TV, foosball table, and area to relax. This floor has separate access from the second floor. Guest access Home is on the second floor and there is an entertainment room with laundry on the first floor that you will have access to Other things to note There is creek access at the lower point of the property. The best creek access is located at the Big Ivy Community Center. There are multiple short drives close by for other creek access points as well.
