The Sunflower Retreat, a Place Somewhere in Time

A very tranquil and picturesque place to enjoy your company and Galveston. A fully renovated 1,250 sq foot suite will give you plenty of space with your guest. It is in the historic district 4 blocks from the Strand and moments away from Stewart Beach. Come enjoy a piece of history on the same property as the 1888 Sunflower House, a state land-marker, and take a tour that is only allowed to our guests. Sunflower property is one of the most photographed pieces of property on Galveston Island. The space Free Internet and Cable, Purple Mattresses in all bedrooms, full kitchen, and central AC controlled. Linens and kitchen supplies are included. Other things to note This is not a party get down kind of place in the evening. No loud music and big gatherings after 10 pm. Please notify us of any pets you are bringing. They must be pet friendly to others animals and we ask that they be crated while you or your guests are not in the duplex suite.
