For summer, it's just minutes from kayaking and canoeing in the Delaware Water Gap, and also small rivers and streams in the estates for fishing and tubing. In Winter, it's close to major ski resorts and tubing areas as well. Guest access The whole home is yours to enjoy. This house has keyless entry. We will provide a door code and take care of check-in logistics ahead of your stay. This property is in a 24-hour security gated community. Other things to note No smoking, parties, loud noise or events. Minimum age requirement of 25 years and older. Unless otherwise specified, check-ins are anytime after 3PM and check out by 11am.
