Villa Ocean is a dreamy 3-bedroom retreat of 320 square meters, with lovely sea views and a private infinity pool! The villa is located on a seaside cliff, about 50 meters above a private pebble beach, 4 km from the small village of Agios Pavlos. The land slopes down to the sea and there is a staircase into the bay. A car is recommended for your stay to explore the surrounding area and the beauty of south Rethymno. The space Villa Ocean is a seafront villa for guests who would like to enjoy peaceful holidays in a luxury villa with wonderful sea views. A few taverns, a small mini-market and one bar can be found in the village of Agios Pavlos, at about 4 km away. The town of Agia Galini is about 15 km away, and the famous beach of Triopetra about 8 km away. Villa Ocean features a "green" roof that limits the need for air conditioning and offers under floor heating, heated pool and also a hammam. An amazing sea view open plan area with a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area covered with sliding doors that give an amazing "inside out" experience. The ground floor Villa offers a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and two more bedrooms that share a bathroom. A 50 square meters sports and television room is provided in the basement (cross trainer and table tennis table). The private infinity pool is about 1.50 meter deep and measures 12.50 x 3.60. The Hammam and extra shower room and toilet are at the (heated) swimming pool terrace. Sun loungers, and a shaded dining table with a barbecue corner are offered on the courtyard. Other things to note Air-condition, wireless internet, bed linen, bathroom towels and cleaning every 3/4 days are included in the price. The pool can be heated with the additional cost of 350 Euros per week. A new tourist tax, called the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, of 15 Euros per day per villa, is payable in cash upon arrival.
