Relaxation guaranteed in the countryside in this old farm in Berry recently partially renovated, located in the heart of the country of George Sand, 5 km from the Château de Sarzay, 5 min from La Châtre, 12 km from the house of George Sand, 12 km from the Pouligny Notre Dame lake (teleskiing complex), 20 min from the Creuse. You will enjoy the tranquility with a very nice outdoor space. The space The house is composed on the ground floor of a large living room/dining room, open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and electric cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer, small dishwasher. All the necessary preparation and cooking utensils are available (pots, pans, salad spinner, tea towels, etc.). A fireplace insert in the kitchen allows you to enjoy a wood fire in the evening (wood is available on site). The dining room is equipped with a table with possible extensions for 8 people. The living room is equipped with two sofas and an armchair, coffee table and a TNT TV. Here there is no internet offered to enjoy the outdoor nature, but the 4G network works according to the operators with difficulties. The bathroom with shower/bathtub is on the ground floor and the toilet is separate. A washing machine is available. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms: 3 large bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Note that one room is under construction but is not accessible to occupants (future bathroom). Outside, shaded terraces with garden furniture, Weber charcoal barbecue, hammock, sun loungers, slide and various children's games to play outside are available. (since the last photos, modifications have taken place, French window in the kitchen in particular, the new photos will be uploaded as soon as the work is finished) Other things to note Sheets (beds made on arrival) and towels (2 per person) can be provided with a surcharge on the stay (€12 per bed and €5 per person for towels). Mandatory cleaning fee €70 per stay. The package includes: vacuuming, cleaning floors, dusting. The house must be maintained in a prudent and responsible manner and tidy: dishes, toys... If the sheets are used, please place them at the foot of the bed, with the towels.
