A wholesome whole home listing for the Airbnb community close to the CBD and showgrounds in Wayville. The space Spacious but cosy. Compact yet light filled and leafy. Main bedroom with ensuite, 2nd bedroom and own separate bathroom, kitchen and open plan living, laundry and separate 2nd lounge OR 3rd bedroom as required. Please note that if a booking is made for 4 people and each guest requires a separate bed, then the maximum number of guests is 4 and additional charges apply for each guest after the first two. Essentially there are two queen size beds as a standard and any further beds required will attract further nightly fees. Guest/host interaction only required at handover and for any questions/assistance. Getting around is simple with the tram or bus. Short cab ride to city or airport and plenty of on street parking. Bicycle hire available on request prior to check in. I prefer to take bookings only upto 60 days in advance. I'm happy to hold dates for you where appropriate. This is a strict non smoking property. Non smoking property - strict. Complete intolerance for cigarette butts left for me to deal with. So gross. Littering is number 2 on the pet hates list. Quitline number is on the fridge.
