Universal Orlando fireworks can be watched from the balcony. Note -- Hours are currently 7:00am-11:30am, however the restaurant is owned independently & may close seasonally or change operating hours without notice. - Disney & Universal Orlando Shuttle Bus Service available for a fee. Service is offered by a 3rd party vendor not affiliated with the Host or Airbnb. Information is available in the Welcome Guide at the apartment. I-Ride Trolley Service & Lynx Public Bus System offer transportation to SeaWorld Orlando for a small bus fare. Note - Food & beverages at the restaurant, laundry expenses, shuttle bus are not included with your nightly rate. The kitchen at the apartment does not include groceries or food for your stay. The condo itself has a fully functional kitchen, utensils, mid-sized refrigerator, appliances, 55" TV, dresser, & couch. There is a balcony with partial lake-front views, views of Universal Orlando, & pool views. There are credit card only laundry facilities on the 3rd & 4th floors, plus ice machine & vending machine on the 5th floor. There are 2 elevators located on the south side of the building. There are 2 stairwells - one is right outside the unit & the other is near the elevators. Over 200 world class attractions, dining options, nightlife, shops, and shows within walking distance of the apartment. Host provides a Welcome Guide full of theme park "secrets" & recommendations for you to maximize the enjoyment of your stay with us. Lastly, this apartment is NO Smoking & pets are prohibited by building management. Other things to note - Building is zoned for short-term rental & operated legally within Orange County laws. - Check-in time is 4pm EDT & Check-out is 12pm EDT. We make every effort to go above & beyond for our guests, but unfortunately, in order to allow our team to adequately service the apartment between stays, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Guests are booking this specific apt. & our professional cleaning crew requires sufficient time to properly sanitize the property. We're very sorry for any inconvenient this may cause. - Unfortunately, we do not have capabilities for secured luggage storage & our professional cleaning crew needs full access to the apartment to prepare for guests' arrivals. There's no bell hop service at the building. - We provide free parking & guests are allowed to park on-site ahead of 4pm check-in. Guests are welcome to use the community amenities, as well. We can also connect you with 2 local luggage storage/delivery companies in the area that charge a nominal fee for their services. - The apartment is in the economy/budget traveler price range & although we make all efforts to provide basic essentials for our guests, in order to minimize costs, we do NOT provide selected household items, food products or other goods that are uncommon for the industry. Examples: laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toothpaste, mouthwash, hair products, napkins, trash bags, cooking oil, tea, food/meals & other groceries that are guest's responsibility to provide. - Host provides the following consumable items free-of-charge for guests: hand soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, salt & pepper. Host also provides toilet paper, bath towels, paper towels, hand towels, dish towel, tissues, bedroom linens, basic cookware & utensils. - In response to questions from guests, there is no parking garage or gas utilities on-site, therefore no carbon monoxide detector. - We do NOT provide daily housekeeping services & guests are provided with 2 sets of towels for their stay. We do NOT provide an unlimited supply of towels. For guests staying longer than one week, we are willing to offer a one-time complimentary "refresh" cleaning service with all new towels & linens. - Host is a full-time real estate professional, property mgr. & licensed to practice real estate in FL. - If you have any other questions, please feel free to message the Host & receive a timely response.
