There are two entrances. One for vehicles only and the other for pedestrians only. If you have a car, you need to enter the visitor's side of the parking area. Security will assist in parking. At reception you will be handed your apartment key and instructions to connect to WiFi. Your apartment offers Netflix. All is set on the TV. Please use the TV remote to power on and off only.
