South Bay is a brand new complex close to Estepona town centre. Overlooking the sea and the old town, it has stunning views. This duplex penthouse has 3 bedrooms and it is in a spectacular building with an innovative design. The space Located in Estepona, it’s a a 10 minute walk to Estepona Port and a 15 minute walk to the beach and the start old town with its lovely cobbled streets and its many shops, cafes and restaurants. South Bay has great facilities such as a communal pool with sunbeds, underground parking for the exclusive use of owners and guests. On the fourth floor and with amazing views, it faces South East, this beautiful apartment has been exceptionally furnished with exquisite taste. It is fully equipped for a home stay; the interior is over 100sq meters and the lower terraze 50sq.meters. The roof top terrace is 85sq meters, the lower level terrace has sun all morning and has a round dining table for 6 people, a comfy sofa seating area and sunbeds from where to relax and enjoy the amazing views and beautiful sunrises. The large roof top terrace is very private and has lovely views towards the Gibraltar, Morocco and the Mediterranean as well as the mountains so you can enjoy the sun all afternoon. It has a dining area for 6 people, 6 sunbeds and lounge chairs and shaded areas. The apartment sleeps 6 adults and has 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms are furnished with top quality tiling and fittings. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 singles both share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. All are furnished to an exceptional standard with very good mattresses and have ample wardrobe space. The ultra-modern new kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, built in microwave, oven, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso maker. There is also a washing machine. Please note: The balconies are glass and 1,20m high, so if bringing small children please check with us. There is construction in the area but not on our street, and noise is not an issue (updated Summer 2025) Lifts - Pool (not heated) but these belong to the Community and can be subject to temporary closure due to maintenance which is not up to us individual owners. Gym is normally not open due to structural repairs. There are many sunbeds for sharing , and neighbours ask that you vacate them when you leave the pool area. VERY IMPORTANT: Please follow the rules and instructions which are printed by the pool , regarding respecting neighbours showering first , no glass, take rubbish etc – Thank you for your Co-operation. Guest access Located in Estepona, it’s a a 10 minute walk to the beach and Estepona Port and a 15 minute walk to Estepona old town with its lovely cobbled streets and its many shops, cafes and restaurants. The walk back is steep so you may want to get a taxi (costs around 6euros from town). Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 minutes by car. Gibraltar airport is 25 minutes away and Malaga airport can be reached in 50 minutes. P lease note: There are stairs up to the roof top terrace but the living area is all on the same level. Other things to note 1. The pool is open all year but Please note:Communal property which includes everything outside of our property such as Lifts/Garages/Corridors/Lobby/Pools /Gardens are included for our guests, but these belong to the Community of Owners and can be subject to temporary closure due to maintenance which is not up to us individual owners as it is not like a hotel. Thank you for your understanding. 3. Some properties have an alarm system with cameras, but these are not operative during guests stay. They have a lid or cover for privacy. The alarm switch is by the front door, please do not press or activate. -BOOKING CONDITIONS: - For insurance purposes, the minimum age of main renter is +35yrs. - Nº of persons, names and ages (including children) must be given before the booking. -Upon arrival we will need your passports /Ids to sign the rental contract and register with the local authorities. -The deposit is non-refundable, therefore we advise our guests to take out travel insurance. -Our Minimum stay is usually 1 week. (In shorter stays there will be a cleaning and laundry charge). -Strictly no pets/no vaping or smoking inside (you may smoke on the balcony) /no parties allowed. -In Spain, by law the renters must obey the Community & building rules , to take care of the communal property, and respect the neighbours or can be asked to leave. Our price includes for all our properties • Underground parking in the building included in the price (if the building has one) • Lifts/Pool (not heated) are included, but these belong to the Community • Air Conditioning (Hot/Cold) • Entry and exit cleaning • We include sheets, towels and linen as well as beach towels per person booked. • Includes WIFI, electricity, water. (Except discounted long winter rentals electricity is charged at market rates - price varies per KW so we will let you know). In stays over 11 nights a mid-stay clean is included & change of linen & towels (except long discounted stays) ….. Please note the mid stay clean is complimentary, (its normally early at 10am or after 4pm, due to the heat ,so if we cannot access the property we can’t re schedule on short notice). We ask you to leave the house tidy for the mid-stay clean so our ladies can work swiftly and please remove all rubbish. They have a key. • We provide a welcome basket with water,coffee capsules,drinks & snacks on arrival • We provide soap and toilet paper/basic cleaning products • Fully equipped kitchen (crockery, cooking utensils,etc) • A washing machine and iron/ironing board & airer • Oven and hob • Coffee machine Nesspreso/Kettle/Toaster • A Dishwasher/Fridge-Freezer • Hair dryer/Coat hangers If anything is missing please let us know to replace it for you straight away. • This property is legally registered with the Junta de Andalucía Registration Details Spain - National registration number ESFCTU0000290360006445670000000000000000VFT/MA/686899
