Newly renovated apartment in a historic courtyard with an ancient well. A five-minute walk from Lake Comabbio, embraced by an enchanting bike path with the possibility of renting bicycles. Close to the town square and all necessities (bar, pharmacy, grocery store, laundry, tobacco shop, post office, hairdresser). Possibility of a free extra cot on request for children up to two years old. Free parking in front of the apartment or nearby. Other things to note The municipality of Ternate applies a tourist tax of €1 per day for those over 14 years of age for a maximum of 10 days per year, even if not consecutive, which we will pay on your behalf once you have checked in, issuing a receipt. The heating system is provided through a condensing boiler that is located outside the apartment and is not accessible to guests for safety reasons, while inside the apartment there is a thermostat that can be freely used by guests in compliance with current Italian law. In fact, it is only allowed to turn on the heating between October 22 and April 7 for a maximum of 12 hours a day in order to maintain a temperature not exceeding 20 degrees. Within these parameters, the cost is included in the rent. In the event of violations, the guest will be required to cover the costs of surpluses and any penalties.
