Chalet Uit & Thuis, on the edge of De Koog

At the back of our own property, on the edge of the cozy and lively village of De Koog, is our mobile home. It is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room. There is a cozy outdoor space, which is separated from our own garden. The cozy seaside resort De Koog with terraces and restaurants is within walking distance. The forest and the beach are a short distance away. There are many facilities and activities around. Price includes tourist tax. The space The mobile home has a living room and kitchen in one. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom in separate rooms. The mobile home is furnished for 4 people. In the living room there is a sitting area with TV and a dining area. The kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove, filter coffee maker, kettle and refrigerator. There is a double bed (140x200) in 1 bedroom, and in the other bedroom there is a bunk bed (70x190). It is not possible to place a child's bed in the bedroom. The whole is heated by a central heating system. Guest access The mobile home is reserved for you only. The garden of the chalet is south facing, shielded from our garden and offers privacy. The sun shines in the garden from early morning until evening. Other things to note The price includes bed and bath linens. Parking is on private property in front of the plot. Through an alley next to the house, you can walk to the back where the chalet is located. A bus stop is 20 meters away, and facilities are within walking distance. Our house is located on the access road to and from the village. No pets are allowed in the mobile home. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Young people are welcome under adult supervision. It is not allowed to throw parties at the accommodation. The mobile home is not suitable for children sleeping in a crib. Given the space of the mobile home, it is not possible to place a child's bed in the bedroom. When you leave: Please strip the beds and leave the laundry collected.
