Fully stocked kitchen, king size bed, living room with futon couch, 2 TV’s, WiFi & washer/dryer room. Sleeps up to 4 (2 on futon couch). Plenty of parking for your boat and toy hauler. See additional pet information below. Guest house is separated from the main house and attached to the 6-car garage behind the house. The main house sleeps 12 and is also available on Airbnb. Access is limited to the guest house. No access is available to the garage or main house. This house is a vacation rental. I have a separate vacation home in the community where I stay. Most homes are vacation residences. Please be sure to drive a maximum of 15 MPH while in the community. Most people walk or ride golf carts on the roads, grass and greenbelts. No cars/trucks are allowed on the greenbelts. Only small dogs are allowed under 10 pounds. No large dogs, cats or other pets are allowed. Also, please obey the travel speed of 15 MPH while driving in the community.
