You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The place is renovated with new appliances, countertops, and kitchen cabinets. The space is light and airy with private entrance and small fenced in side yard perfect for pets. Bedroom has a queen size bed and futon. Living room sofa has pull out queen mattresses. There is a queen mattress, air mattress and pack n play in the closet. *Must be comfortable with stairs, there are two sets of stairs when accessing unit The space The place is 2 miles to Ocean Beach, 2 miles to Kellogg beach (less crowded local beach), and 4 miles from Mission beach! There is a private sidewalk and a private entrance for this separate additional dwelling unit. The bedroom unit has a comfortable queen sized bed along with a futon that folds down into a bed. Living room has queen size pull out sofa bed. There are 2 queen size mattresses, a queen air mattress and pack n play along with extra pillows, comforters, and linens in the closet. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need during your stay! There is also a coffee maker, Keurig, oven, microwave, refrigerator and toaster. Beach towels are provided along with a steamer, iron and all other essentials! The side yard is enclosed by a 6 foot high vinyl fence. There is an outdoor seating area so you can relax or dine outside! NO SMOKING INDOORS OR INSIDE THE GATES IF THE UNIT! PETS: 1. 2 pet maximum- exceptions may be provided, please message for special requests. 2. Please do not leave pet unattended and do not leave pet outside while gone 3. 2 dogs live in the upstairs unit- they are well behaved and the yards are completely separated but if your dog is not good with other dogs nearby, please reconsider 4. If there are any damages, the owner will be responsible for the cost of destroyed items IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: 1. Must be comfortable with stairs- two sets of stairs to access unit, not wheelchair accessible. 2. Rental is on a steep hill. You may park at top of cul-de-sac and turn wheels toward the curb. 3. Tenants live in upstairs unit- downstairs apartment is completely separate with separate entry, however, you may hear noise (similar to a hotel or apartment). There is street noise (sound machine provided). 4. Will provide check-in/out instructions the day of arrival or sooner if asked 5. The gardeners come every other Friday at 10 AM and will be outside for 5 minutes- please be aware if you are staying on a Friday. **Guests will be responsible for fees due to any significant damages or destruction Guest access You'll have full access to this private dwelling! You have a full kitchen with an oven, bathroom, bedroom, large closet, and a closed in side yard perfect for a pet.
