It is very centrally located in Kerpen, all important shops are within easy walking distance. From the neighboring town, only 4 km away, you can take the S-Bahn to Cologne or to Aachen very quickly. If you go by car, the Motor Highway A4 or A61 bring you very quickly to Cologne or Aachen, Düsseldorf or Koblenz. The house is ideal for groups of 4 or more people. The space The house has 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, are on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own TV (flat screen) On the ground floor is also the bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as the large kitchen equipped with all comforts. (4 ring stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle etc) and a large dining table. The spacious additional living room with living room couch and a large 75-inch TV, on which international channels (Polish, Romanian, etc.) can be received, leads to the secluded garden, which invites you to relax with a seat, table and grill. There are 3 more rooms on the first floor. A bedroom for 2 guests with two single beds and a bedroom with a single bed. These 2 bedrooms also have their own televisions. (flat screen) On this level there is another bathroom with washbasin and toilet. An additional large modern shower is nearing completion in this large room. Our guests have 2 free car parking spaces directly at the house. There are public parking spaces for larger vans in the immediate vicinity. Fast WLAN, 100/50 Mbit/s is available throughout the house. Towels and bed linen are provided.
