Our 50 sqm. maissonete can accommodate up to 4 guests in a cosy indoor and outdoor spaces. Ideal for families and couples. You will enjoy beautiful sea views from a private terrace on the ground floor and a bedroom balcony. House from a natural stone provides a nice cool temperature inside during hot summer times. The fresh breeze from the proximity of the beach will give you a relief while resting on a patio or the balcony. The space The house extends over two levels. On the ground floor open plan living room, kitchen, dining space and toilet. The main living area offers comfortable living room with an armchair and sofa which can be extended and used for 1 double or 2 single sleeping places. Our fully equipped kitchen with dining table (featuring double cooking stove, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, espresso machine, filter coffee maker, 8 liter AirFryer and a variety of cooking utensils and small kitchen appliances), can be your ideal place for enjoyable family meals. A staircase leads to a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom with WC on the upper floor. The balcony offers beautiful endless blue view of the Aegean sea. Smart TV’s are available in both floors, air-condition is available in the upstairs bedroom and ceiling ventilators are both down and upstairs. The house is covered by unlimited Wifi connection. Outdoor space offers a private terrace equipped with a sun-parasol which can be perfect for dining, having a drink or just relaxing under the Greek sky. The property is two minutes walking from the vibrant village Agios Ioannis and it’s local restaurants. There are three beautiful beaches within walking distance: Agios Ioannis, Plaka and Pappa Nero (from 3 to 10 minutes). You can enjoy many things to do in the area, from relaxing on a beach to swimming, hiking around Pelion Mountain and explore local mountain villages, canyoning, kayaking tours, boat trips, eating delicious food, drinking, or just enjoying your surroundings. Agios Ioannis is a village located on the mountain hill, please note that you need to take approximately 50 stairs to reach the house from main boulevard. Guest access The entire 50 sqm maisonette, the balcony and the patio will be at the exclusive use of our guests. Other things to note Our local co-host, Christina, will be your contact person, take care of your check-ins and check-out, and provide you with recommendations for wonderful time in Agios Ioannis. Please note that as of 01.01.2025 accordingly to Greek Laws we are obliged to collect 8e per day for a „Climate resilience fee". This amount shall be collected upon arrival. If you are a big family or you would like to share a house with friends, you can also rent the next door twin apartment.
