Feels like a hidden gem in the woods, yet with the convenience of easy access to Rt. 83, Irving Park, I-290, O'Hare (minus the overhead noise), golf, shopping, restaurants, and Metra. Enjoy this peaceful oasis- truly a home away from home! The space This is a cozy 1,200 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, all on one level. For guest convenience, to help with sleeping arrangements, there is a sectional sofa in the living which has a full size pull-out bed with mattress. The maximum guest count allowed is still 6. You won't find another home quite like this one, especially so conveniently located. The house faces an undeveloped road and surrounded by nature, so as you sit in the screen room, you feel like you're in the woods, somewhere peaceful and remote. It's nice and quiet and relaxing! *yard is not fenced Guest access No guest access to garage Other things to note Must review and agree to all house rules prior to booking: Strict no pets and no smoking/vaping policy. Any evidence of such (including odors) will result in heavy fines. Minimum age is 25. Number of guests MUST match the number on the reservation. Exterior security cameras on all sides of house. Unauthorized parties and events and/or presence of pets will result in immediate cancellation of reservation with no refund. Keep noise to a minimum in respect to the neighborhood.
