Wildlife in our area includes deer, elk, moose, bobcat, mountain lion, wild turkey, birds of prey, bear, foxes, Sasquatch, and more! Sometimes youll see them wander thru the woods on the land- stay camera ready! Guest access Guests have access to the whole cabin, with the exception of small storage areas inside the cabin that are locked off (2 small cubbies) Please Note: The Treehouse on the property is off limits to guests. Please do not enter. Thank you for respecting our home. Other things to note No outdoor camp fires or outdoor burning of any kind. Our County, Gilpin County, is under a strict burn ban and the cabin is in a heavily wooded area. Guests are welcome to use the woodstove inside and make use of the provided firewood on sight for the inside woodstove. While we are dog friendly, dogs are not to be left home alone at any time unless crated. Even well behaved dogs can act out of character in an unfamiliar place. Absolutely no carving of trees, digging, defacing, or changing of the natural landscape on the property please! This violation can result in a 300$ fine.
