The space This newly built southern facing establishment offers two indoor braai facilities - one option for a wood fire and the other gas. It also has a Weber for those who prefer to grill with charcoal. The open plan living-/dining room is comfortably furnished and has a large flat screen tv with full bouquet DStv & Netflix. 35 Brookside has 4 bedrooms - the two bigger bedrooms each has a queen bed whilst the two smaller bedrooms each has a single bed (one of them extra length). The main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom with the other bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. It also has a separate guest toilet in the hall. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a gas stove with electric oven. The adjacent scullery has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer with an interleading door to the double garage with ample space for suitcases/golf club bags/carts. Wildlife roam about freely and often come up close to the establishment. Views on the newly developed portion of the estate and partially on the 4th fairway steals the show of this establishment and the quarter house is a stone's throw away. Guests has easy access to the clubhouse and enjoy discounted golf for the duration of their stay. Guest access Guests are welcome to roam about on the estate during their stay. However, steering clear from fairways to avoid mishaps with golf balls in play is strongly advised and will be strictly enforced by security personnel in the event of a complaint. For golfers, undoubtedly the 18 hole Sally Little signature golf course designed by Danie Obermeyer is the prime attraction. All our playing guests are treated to special discounted green fees for the duration of their stay. Apart from golf, leisure activities that can be enjoyed are bird watching, jogging, walking or cycling along the Riverine Trail… all in a setting of breathtaking, natural beauty! The clubhouse restaurant offers excellent coffee, breakfast and lunch options. Hence, whether travelling for relaxation, nature, cuisine, art, attractions, shopping, local experiences, recreational activities or work, George and rest of the Garden Route is without a doubt the destination of choice. This establishment is about 10 minutes drive from George Airport and it takes about 5 minutes to the town centre with class act restaurants and coffee shops all over. Other things to note Guests are kindly requested to comply with all Kingswood rules and regulations. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may lead to the cancellation of your reservation, and in such cases, refunds will not be provided. We will ensure that these regulations are communicated to you in advance to facilitate a smooth and pleasant stay. We also extend our request to guests to maintain respect for permanent residents within the estate. We kindly ask you to avoid disturbing the estate's tranquillity, especially during the quiet hours observed between 10 pm and 8 am daily. For guests travelling with children, we offer babysitter recommendations. Additionally, upon request and subject to availability, we can provide baby bath facilities, high chairs, and travel cribs to enhance your stay and accommodate your family's needs.
