The perfect place to call home base while taking in all Nashville has to offer. Located minutes from Riverside Village. 10 minutes to East Nashville, 15 to Broadway. We comfortably sleep up to 8 and what's better? We have 2.5 bathrooms! The space Single family home-there are a few steps into the home from both the front and the back. We can comfortably sleep up to 8. One of the three bedrooms does have two beds in it-a queen daybed and queen pull out trundle. The half bath is located in the laundry room. Guest access Smartlock, back door access. Other things to note The pool is 8' deep and is not heated. We do not permit any pool or hot tub use after 9PM out of respect to our neighbors. If we get a complaint regarding noise or parties we will issue a one time warning and then ask you to leave with no refund. **Please READ and be advised** If during your stay the pool or hot tub is found to be cloudy and/or dirty due to weather and/or chemical imbalance we will work to get pool maintenance out as soon as possible. Guests may not refuse this AND no refund will be offered. The pool & hot tub is serviced/emptied weekly.
