The apartment is on the second floor of a fully restored late 19th-century house. It has double-glazed windows to ensure maximum comfort, independent heating and all the main modern comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, 4-burner gas hob and refrigerator. All appliances are new and easy to use. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a large sofa bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. 🛏️ Upon arrival, you will find the beds ready and the towels necessary for the stay. Guest access For stays of up to 2 nights and for a maximum of 2 people, only one bathroom will be accessible. • If there are two of you and you want to sleep separately (also using the sofa bed), there is a surcharge of €6. • If there are two of you and you also want to use the second bathroom, there is a surcharge of €10. 👉 Please let us know at the time of booking, so that we can better organize ourselves. Other things to note You need to have a car to reach the main points of interest and move around independently.
