Truly a unique getaway 15 miles from downtown Cincy! This newly renovated, fully equipped cottage is located on 1.5 acres of private waterfront on the shore of the Little Miami River! Bring your Kayak or tubes and tie-up with direct access to the river. Sip some coffee on the deck that overlooks the large lawn and sandy bank of the river. Steps from an entrance to the Loveland Bike Trail. Stroll into downtown Milford with a brewery, shops, restaurants. Long term rates can be negotiated! The space The cottage is located directly on the bank of the Little Miami River. The interior includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and access to a closet. Directly off of the bedroom is a full bath with toilet, vanity, and tub/shower. The living room has soaring ceilings, comfy furniture, and a TV that makes it a great place to hang out after a day on the river, and a dining area that has a table with seating for six. There is a futon in the living room and a king daybed in the sunroom for extra sleeping accommodations. The sunroom is a great place to cozy up with a book and enjoy the beautiful river views! There is a great flow from the sunroom into the full kitchen that is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The layout is open while also being cozy. Outside you will find a deck that overlooks the lawn and the banks of the river. Bring a kayak, canoe, fishing rod, or a swimsuit to take advantage of being at a waterfront property. For parking, there is an off-street parking pad that can fit up to 4 cars. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note We do allow guests to have pets on the property.
