Waterfront family cabin with complete privacy; OVER AN ACRE of space nestled a mile off the main road, surrounded by forest. Beautiful water view. Two bedrooms inside with a detached bunk house and lots of lawn space for tent setup. Large outdoor fireplace is the main gathering area and great for cookouts. Plenty of seating outside. Plenty of opportunities for aquatic fun; canoes, kayaks, swimming, and fishing! The cove offers even more privacy from the waterside! Wheelchair accessible. The space Great spot for people looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Also perfect for hunting - you are completed immersed in the forest, surrounded by undeveloped land. The cabin features a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, dining/living room equipped with fold out futon. On the patio you will find fishing poles, cookout equipment, firewood, etc. The shower is located on the backside of the building, outdoors, but is private and hooked to hot water. An 8ft picnic table and large grill sit on the back deck, covered, and overlooks the lake. The fire pit is the center of the gathering area outside. You will find a Love Swing, and plenty of seating surrounding the area. The playhouse sits off to the side for easy viewing of the kiddos. The detached bunkhouse holds two bunkbeds to accommodate another 4 people. The bunkhouse does not have power, it is strictly setup for sleeping! There is a horseshoe pit out back; and even further down the lawn is plenty of private space for tents! We provide a canoe, kayaks, paddles, and lifejackets. The water trampoline is anchored just a short swim from the dock. Please Note: This is an off-grid cabin. Electricity is available via generator and solar panels with backup batteries to power lights and plumbing. 110v outlets can supply power while generator is running (yes, you can charge your cell phone and other electronics). Guest access Entire space! Other things to note The cabin runs on propane, solar panels, and generator. A few outlets provide 110 power source while running the generator. Bookings run Saturday - Saturday. Contact me for special pricing if open dates between bookings are under minimum length stay requirement. IMPORTANT: Please contact regarding your dates prior to booking as we keep a separate calendar (we have many repeat guests each year).
