Relax with your family at this peaceful 5 acre property located minutes from the Hamptons. This home is located on a very quiet block with a dead end. Enjoy 5 acres of property with great trails for walking as well as the fresh crisp air. Included In ground pool, fire pit and so much more. Great access to beaches, restaurants, breweries, vineyards, shopping and more. The space The property itself is truly breathtaking for relaxing, having fun, and undwinding. The pictures do not do justice. Guest access Guest will not have access to basement as we do stay on site. Very quiet and barley home. The basement is very secluded from the home. No access to the pool or yard. As well as have a separate closed off entrance into the basement. Unfortunately due to recent circumstances we are permitted to stay on property based on local town rules. Other things to note House Rules There is absolutely NO smoking and NO Pets allowed inside the house. If you are caught smoking inside the home we will have to inform VRBO and charge a additional fee of $500 plus any damages. There also will be NO hanging out in the front of the house and the volume must stay at a respectable level both inside and outside the home as we do have yearly neighbors. There will be NO events or parties held without requested permission. An event is considered anything more then the allotted max 15 guest. Events with permission will have an extra fee based on the type of event being held as well as a security deposit. Events are considered 15 or more people. We have security cameras around the outside of our home so we will know if an event is being held without permission. This is our home so we please ask you respect our neighbors our home. Guest will not have access to the garage. Guest are allowed 4 cars maximum during there stay. No cars are allowed parked in the street. We supply only one night stay of supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and etc. It is up to you to supply the rest. We do not put top sheets on bed but they are provided. Our house is throughly cleaned by me the owner. I won’t except anything less then the best cleaning for my guests or tolerate reviews to state anything misleading. As it is our home I wouldn’t allow a dirty home be rented out as well as never allow someone to stay in something I wouldn’t stay in.
