The space A bit more about the space, because we’d want to know too! - Couch is a trundle pull out which can sleep as 2 twins, or converts to 1 queen - All windows have blinds the can be drawn or raised. The top windows are controlled via remote, and bottom windows are standard chain drawn. - Kitchen is fully equipped. The appliances are studio sized (refrigerator, gas stove, dish washer, sink with disposal) - The stairs to the loft are a bit steep. Please consider this if you have any difficulties with stairs. There is a handrail for your use and safety. - Pets (dogs, no cats) are allowed on an exception basis only - please reach out to me in advance. Unapproved dogs will incur an incremental $100 cleaning fee. - No smoking allowed - ***No gatherings or parties- no exceptions** We require a 7 day advance booking notice to best accommodate you. Requests within the 7 day booking window will be sent to me for review and approval (vs. instant booking) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space, excluding the basement. Other things to note Overnight permit parking sticker(s) available upon request. $10 per night for permitted street parking.
