Stunning home with breathtaking views and pool

A stunning Georgian house with the most spectacular views across the Devon countryside. This is an ideal place for a large family gathering to relax, enjoy the pool, landscaped mature gardens as well as a spacious and beautiful house with each boasting the view. Tanya is a super host on Airbnb and will make sure your stay is luxurious and you have everything you need to make it a holiday to remember. There are several walks nearby as well as beaches and moors to walk, ride or cycle. The space The house has large well spaced rooms. Upstairs All the bedrooms are a fabulous size with beautiful views across Devon, immediately giving you a sense of relaxation and space. There are 3 bedrooms that are ensuite. As well as all the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs there is a room with a TV, an Xbox and Playstation 3 which can be enjoyed. If that's not your thing the room also consists of a 2 man infrared sauna. Downstairs There is a large dinning room with an enormous chandelier that can seat up to 18 people comfortably. The dinning room leads into the kitchen through a passage that is used as a bar. The cupboards are full of glasses and games that will keep everyone amused. The Kitchen is well equipped and a great size. There is an Aga and electric convection oven for cooking on. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with washing powder for you to use. Another door will lead you to a well sized boiler room where you can dry coats, boots, swimming costumes etc. This leads out to another door that will take you to a very well equipped gym. There are french doors leading through what can be used as 'the dog room' into a fabulous courtyard that basks in the morning sun - a perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the breakfast seating area! The sitting room is very spacious with large sash windows and french doors leading into the garden/crocket lawn. The play room/TV room consists of a large comfortable corner sofa with a 65 inch TV. There are french doors that lead out to the patio at the front of the house. There is a loo downstairs. The patio has a summer house which has been converted to a bar with outside heaters when the sun starts to fade. A wonderful place to meet for a pre dinner drink. There is an outside loo. The pool is surrounded by a wall about 20 meters away. It is a fabulous size and has a deep end of about 7ft. There are several comfortable sun loungers for taking in the rays and relaxing during the day. There are changing rooms also. The grounds are in about 5 acres, a large lawn for football, rugby, rounders and croquet. There are woods which are wonderful for the dogs to dig or kids to play in. Guest access The whole house is available for access apart from a couple of rooms that we will use as storage.
