This is a cozy room in a modern detached house with a semi ensuite bathroom shared with another bedroom, even though it is shared, the bathroom has its own door for more privacy. It is close to Go train station, wanderland, high way 400 and 407, etc. All amenities are just walking distance.... Please be advised that the current furniture is not the same as the furniture in the picture. More furniture are added. The space It is quiet and clean and the community is very safe. The famous WonderLand is just two blocks away. The go train station is just 16 minutes by walk, and it will take you to downtown Union station from where you can go anywhere you like. Walmart, Lowes, Timtons, Mcdonold, restaraunts, banks and grocery stores are all walking distance. Guest access For kitchen, we kindly ask that you use the kitchen for reheating food and light cooking only. We don't provide oil or rice or flour. To keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone, please avoid frying or stir-frying, and try not to cook complex meals. We also ask that you refrain from using strong-smelling ingredients such as garlic and curry, as the odors can linger and affect others. Cooking time should be kept short and efficient—simple methods like microwaving, boiling, or steaming are ideal.
