There is a automatic Generac generator that powers the space in case of a power outage. There are steps up to the front door and up to the back door. There is a step up into the shower. While Weld is a quiet village, especially at night, there is street noise from an occasional vehicle going by. We live upstairs and are considerate people, but you may hear us occasionally. There is a cat on the premises, but he is not allowed in your space.
