The space This is the newly renovated first floor of our vintage Maine home in the Center of Weld. Completely separate from the upstairs with private entrance. Open floor plan. Artisan design touches with antiques and original art. Queen size bed with premium memory foam mattress. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit while viewing a spectacular sunset. Outdoor seating and grilling in a lovely spacious backyard. The space is not suitable for children. Guest access Entire first floor with private entrance. The hosts live upstairs completely separate and will be respectful of your privacy. Other things to note There is free and reliable ~300 MBPS Fiber Optic Wi-Fi. There is also a land line. Depending on your carrier, cellular service can be spotty in western Maine. There is a automatic Generac generator that powers the space in case of a power outage. There are steps up to the front door and up to the back door. There is a step up into the shower. While Weld is a quiet village, especially at night, there is street noise from an occasional vehicle going by. We live upstairs and are considerate people, but you may hear us occasionally. There is a cat on the premises, but he is not allowed in your space.
