Guest House with Lake Washington views

Private 1 Bed & 1 Bath guest house perched above Lake Washington. Home is approx 400 square feet. It sits above the garage w/shared walkway & driveway. Queen bed in the bedroom, twin pull out in couch, fully stocked kitchen with full sized appliances. Amazing views of the Lake Washington. No waterfront access from home, but boat launch near by. Very convenient location to 1-90 E&W. Free Parking for 1 car. Please see house rules to make sure our space will work for your stay. Thank you The space Guest house is located up 1 flight of stairs above the garage. Home has a large 3/4 bath, no tub. Private 1 bedroom with comfy queen bed and pull out twin in couch in living room. Smaller table doubles as both table and workspace. Small seating area outside to take in views of the Lake. Kitchen is set up with place setting for 4. Owners live down below and you will run into them as they walk daily, work in the garden and need to use the garage during daylight hours. One member of the household works early but we haven't had any complaints of car noise. The home is located in a residential area and services are not within walking distance. Downtown Mercer Island is about 2 miles, downtown Bellevue 5-10 minutes and Seattle roughly 10-15 without traffic. Unlike most homes on Mercer Island this is not off the beaten path. It has super easy access to 1-90. In our opinion 1 person is better suited for our space. At 400 Sq ft it can feel a little snug with two at times, but we are happy to accommodate two. We also do not have great storage space. There is one hanging rack for clothes which doubles as extra linen storage as well. Guest access Guest House is up one flight of stairs above the garage.
