Sandy Shaldon beach sits on the beautiful Teign estruary, which you can swim or kayak in. For a change of scenery, you can take the passenger ferry over to Teignmouth town. The house has outdoor areas and a garage. The space Shaldon is an idyllic, picturesque beach village within Devon. Everything’s at your doorstep. Within minutes walk, reach the popular Clipper cafe, the Ness pub & restaurant with exquisite views, a massage salon, local shops and many more eats and drinks. Sandy Shaldon beach sits on the beautiful Teign estruary, and often attracts kayakers and swimmers. For a change of scenery, you can take the passenger ferry over to Teignmouth town. There’s also stunning beauty spot beaches and countryside spots closeby. Dartmoor and Exeter are just 30 minutes drive, and Torbay Riviera approx. 15 mins. The house is sat in a quiet, friendly cul de sac next to the riverside walkway to the village, beach and children's play park. Recently refurbished to a very high standard, the house can host up to 4 guests (+ small infant/baby). It includes 2 double bedrooms, one has a king size bed and en-suite. The other has two single beds. These can be put together to make a super king, upon request (as shown in photos). The house offers a large lounge and dining area, leading to a full sized kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine. Just off the dining area is a peaceful, enclosed patio area with seating for 4. There’s a main bathroom upstairs, and a downstairs toilet, in addition to an ensuite. There is also a small enclosed back yard (which can be locked up) suitable for storing paddle boards etc. The garage ( suitable for medium sized cars ( or it can be used for an estate car with the garage door left open) , is located behind the house. There is also nearby unlimited off road parking, and a car park 2 mins walk from the house. High speed wifi, and large TV in lounge with netflix . Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note After booking you will be able to see our check-in instructions and further information on the property. When you access the property there will be a booklet that contains further info on the Wi-Fi, and using the fire in the lounge. If you are bringing pet(s) we will request information on the pets before approval and this will be an additional charge at £30. Pets must only enter the house if they are clean and must remain downstairs at all times.
