Guest access You will have access to the entire main house and 5 beautiful acres of land. Other things to note • EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees. • PETS are allowed only with prior consent and an additional pet fee will be assessed. DOGS only and 1 DOG maximum. Your fur family must be supervised AT ALL TIMES. Please pick up, bag, and dispose of pet waste properly. Bringing animals without prior approval will result in immediate expulsion from the property without a refund. • SECURITY CAMERAS are on the premises that record audio/video. None of the cameras are pointed at gathering spaces and your privacy will not be infringed upon. One camera is at the front gate and one is at the back southwest corner of the house. • DIRT ROADS are common in the high desert and although a four wheel drive vehicle is not required to access the property, please do drive slow and carefully and if a road is flooded, do not attempt to cross it no matter how shallow it appears. Turn around, load up on snacks, and come back in an hour. • HIGH DESERT living at its finest with desert terrain, prickly plant life, and cute and untamed wild life. Be mindful and act accordingly.
