Cute Garden Apartment: well appointed 1 bedroom

This charming 1 bedroom garden apartment is perfect for short or long term stays. It is within walking distance to the Grand Lake shopping district and Lake Merritt, yet it is in a quite neighborhood with plenty of street parking (or a short walk to an A.C. Transit stop). It overlooks a large stepped backyard and has all the amenities of home. It is important to remember that Airbnb units are not hotels, to which some are better suited. The space The unit is a 1 bedroom with a pillow top mattress that envelopes you. If you care for a hard mattress there is a double fold out couch. The bathroom has a shower only-- no bathtub. Lastly the HVAC can be loud at times but does not bother most guests. Guest access You will have access to a large terraced back yard, but please be respectful of the neighbors as noise carries. Other things to note I have two small dogs who usually roam around the big back yard that you will have access to. However, during your stay they will not spend much if any time in the backyard, for your convenience.
