Apartment on the outskirts of Munich 'Comfy flat'

The apartment is located in the attic of our beautiful semi-detached house in a quiet and very good residential area surrounded by greenery. Free street parking is available in front of the house. I speak German, English, Italian and French. If I am not on site, I am easily reachable by cell phone! Restaurants, shopping center, supermarkets and drugstore are a 10-minute walk away. 6-minute walk to bus stop line 210 20-minute drive to downtown The space The well-kept and bright 1-room attic apartment (with sloping roof) is a separate self-contained apartment in our house. Only the front door and the staircase are shared. Up to 2 people can stay here comfortably and enjoy their privacy. Amenities - Sleeping area with a double bed (180 x 200) - Living area with 2 armchairs, small table, floor lamp and 32" smart TV - Work area with a functional desk - Kitchen area with practical equipment, fridge, 2 induction stove tops and plenty of storage space - Dining area with folding table for 2 people - Private daylight bathroom with sink, toilet and bathtub with showerhead Linens and towels are provided. Electricity, heating, hot and cold water and Wi-Fi / DSL are included. An old mountain bike (27-inch men's bike without lighting and without fenders) can be rented by arrangement. Guest access The washing machine and dryer are in our private area and can be used by arrangement. The fee is €3.00/process.
