Louth, known as the capital of the Wolds, is a great town for a visit. A good selection of independent shops and close to beautiful sandy beaches. The space The kitchen is very pleasant with views and door to the the pretty back garden. It's equiped to cook a full meal if you choose to eat at home and not in one of the many local restaurants. Gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, full sized fridge freezer and microwave are provided. In the converted attic there is a dedicated remote working area with full sized desk space for two. Ergonomic chairs are provided and of course excellent wifi. It has natural light and provides a pleasant and professional facility for those wanting to combine their work with a change of scenery. It's approached by a separate staircase so you are able keep your work and leisure time apart. The lounge is cosy with smart TV and comfortable leather sofa. Fresh and bright decor makes it a relaxing space to unwind. There is a king sized bed with memory foam mattress in the large bedroom and plenty of hanging facilities and storage.
