There is enough space here to sit together in the group, which is possible thanks to a large and cozy couch and several armchairs. There is also one of four smart TVs in the room as well as a dresser and sideboard for storage. To the right is the door to the kitchen. This is equipped with a basic set of cooking utensils (pots, pans, dishes, etc.), an oven, a stove with four surfaces and an extractor hood. A large dining table can be used to eat in the same room. The other rooms are accessible through the hallway, which is connected to the living room, making the apartment open and inviting. Along the hallway, the bathroom is the first door on the right. Here you will find a large shower, toilet and sink as well as a small cabinet for storage space. There is also a washing machine accessible to our guests, which includes an iron and ironing board, which can be found in the kitchen. The first door on the left houses one of the three rooms, all of which are identically equipped. The furnishings include a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, an armchair, a smart TV and a bedside table. Only the size of the beds differs. The first and second doors on the left have a double bed (180) while the second door on the right has a single bed (140). Other things to note The idea of the apartment was to offer guests the greatest possible comfort and elegance at the same time, which was ensured by the recent renovation and modernization and aims at exclusivity. The apartment is particularly inviting from the first step inside, because the first room is the open and bright living room with a cozy couch, two armchairs, a table and a smart TV. There are also three simply furnished bedrooms, each of which has an armchair, a wardrobe or a dresser and a bedside table. In addition, there is a smart TV in each of the bedrooms as well as in the living room, which allows access to all streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.). A small highlight is that there is a power plug in each room, which should make it possible to work from 'home' and is very interesting for our long-term tenants. The bathroom and kitchen are also fully modernized and have everything you need to live. Precisely for this reason, the apartment is very well suited for long-term tenants who are allowed to enjoy a longer stay in our beautiful fairy-tale town for professional or other reasons.
