Relax with the whole family in this 70 sqm apartment surrounded by greenery! Activities will never be lacking, including walks, games, books, swimming pool and a walk among the fruit trees and the frog pond. Great for fully enjoying the San Marino area and its surroundings, for bike rides or for hanging out in the pool with family and friends The space The accommodation is unique, my parents live above us who are delightful and kind people. The outdoor spaces are shared with them but there is great privacy. The pool is available from June to September, and cannot be used at night Guest access In addition to the space where the swimming pool is located, guests can go to the lower part, which I will show upon arrival, where there is a pond with many frogs, flowers, succulents, and fruit trees. An extremely relaxing area Other things to note To reach the supermarkets you need to use your own car as the nearest one is about 10 minutes away. Less distant is a small shop, reachable in just 5 minutes. San Marino does not have a vast territory, so in 5/10 minutes by car you can reach everything you need, many restaurants, the cable car to go up to the historic center, bars, pastry shops, greengrocers and much more.
