A spacious detached family home situated within walking distance of the sandy blue flag beaches of Southbourne. The space The house has has a good deal of living space downstairs with 2 reception rooms and a large fully equipped kitchen/dining area with a large table that can be extended to seat up 10 people. The kitchen opens out onto an enclosed garden with children’s play fort and slide. There is a large patio dining table that can seat up to 8 people. There is also plenty of room for relaxing with deck chairs and a comfy outdoor sofa. Guests also have the use of a large gas barbecue. High chairs, travel cot and an extra toddler bed/cot can be provided. There is also a stair gate if needed. Guest access Guests can access the whole property with exception of the box room at the front of the house.
