After a long day in the city streets, you will arrive to a tranquil home, located in a quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood, within easy reach of Sevilla's city center. The interior of our home boasts all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay: The Bedroom The bedroom is equipped with a desk and a comfortable chair and offers reliable and high speed Wi-Fi, providing a convenient workspace for those who work from home or need a functional space to study during their stay. A built-in closet provides ample storage space for your belongings. The double-sized bed (width of 120 cm) is very comfortable, and the room has a ceiling fan to keep you cool whenever you need it. The space is bright, with plenty of natural light coming in through the window. At night, blackout shutters ensure restful sleep by blocking outside light. During the day the one-way vision blinds ensure complete privacy ( you can see from inside out, but people outside can't see in. The situation reverses when there's more light inside, such as when a lamp is on at night). Also, the apartment's extra thick walls guarantee privacy and tranquility. Additionally, the room door is fitted with a lock and comes with a key for added security and peace of mind during your stay. Just a few steps away from the bedroom, you'll find a full bathroom stocked with all the essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, hairdryer etc.) and it also provides a high level of privacy. The Kitchen and Laundry Room The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, oven, toaster and all the necessary cooking utensils. Enjoy added convenience with a dishwasher for effortless cleanup. There's also a breakfast - dining area. If you enjoy cooking in batches, feel free to ask us for air-tight containers. You will have an allocated space in the fridge, freezer, and pantry, but we can make as much room as you need! From the kitchen, you have access to the laundry room, equipped with a large 11kg washing machine and detergent for your use. Clothes can be hung to dry in the designated area on the rooftop, typically drying in less than 2 hours! The terrace is also available for this. The Living Room and Terrace The living room is spacious and inviting, with a big comfy sofa and a smart Tv. There's also a spacious dining area with a large table, perfect for enjoying meals. One of the best parts of the living room is the stunning view of the sunset that you can enjoy from the window. Enjoy sipping on a cup of tea while watching the sun slowly dip below the horizon and feeling the cool breeze on your skin. From the living room you can access a terrace where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your morning coffee while reading a book. However, be warned that our cat Missy may come over to say hello and curl up in your lap. Don't worry, she loves meeting new guests and is always up for some cuddles. So, if you're a cat lover, you'll definitely appreciate her company during your stay. Other Additionally, just 1 min away from the doorstep there's a supermarket where you can find all your grocery needs. You can also find a lovely local produce shop that offers a great selection of local organic fruit and veg. Moreover, the apartment is surrounded by a variety of Spanish restaurants and bars where you can enjoy traditional tapas. Free parking is available on the streets. You can also take advantage of the bike that's at your disposal to explore the area and enjoy the fresh air. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas of our accommodation, including a swimming pool which is open during the summer months, and a paddle court. Paddle is a very popular sport in Spain, similar to tennis but played on a smaller court with larger rackets. It's a great way to exercise and enjoy the good weather during your stay. Additionally, the swimming pool is a perfect place to relax and cool off after a day of activity.
